Cuthbertson Land Rover
| Description | : | This monster of a Land Rover is called a Cuthbertson Conversion and very few examples survive to this day. it is based around a LWB Series II Land Rover, but instead of normal wheels has this strange 3 wheeled catapillar arrangement.
The idea behind this was to enable the Land Rover to negotiate swampland or boggy terrian. Of course this arrangement makes the steering very heavy, so there is a large hydraulic power steering arrangement on this Land Rover as well |
